• Friday, May 25th: Normal pickups & deliveries
• Saturday, May 26th: Normal deliveries
• Monday, May 28th: Memorial Day. Closed - No pickups or deliveries
• Tuesday, May 29th: Normal pickups & deliveries

Customer Service

On Tuesday May 29th, Customer Service will resume normal business hours. They will be available from 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. PST

Closing Early?

If your business is closing before your scheduled pickup time on any of the previously listed dates please call 800.334.5000. For special pickup arrangements, complete this form and hand it to your OnTrac driver or fax to the number listed on the form.

Drop Box Service

Many Drop Boxes will have a last pickup time that is earlier than normal. Please check your local drop box a few days prior to May 25th for the posted last pickup time.

There will be no Drop Box pickups on May 28th.
